The EDA platform (full name: "Device Deep Data Analysis Platform") is developed based on technologies such as Vue3, Element Plus, and SpringBoot, and it is a system serving the intelligent management of factories. Its main functional modules include kanban, reports, energy consumption, data query, film roll details, order process, equipment monitoring, equipment health, etc. It can be connected with upper and lower layer systems to achieve integrated sharing of equipment information. The platform has three terminals: local deployment on the client side to ensure data security and customization; The wechat end meets the requirements for quick query and social promotion. The cloud server supports cross-regional access and flexible expansion. The platform aims to break down data barriers, empower management decisions through visual analysis, and facilitate energy conservation, cost reduction, and industrial upgrading.
