Jinming had signed an agreement with Siemens regarding multi-functional film smart factory cooperation, working together to build a future film smart factory and actively promoting the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the industry.

Multi-layer co-extrusion high barrier blown film line for PVDC film had been successfully developed and a Strategic Partnership Agreement with Siemens had been signed.

In August, an agreement with the Dow Chemical, U.S. had been reached to proclaim that Jinming was the first equipment manufacturer in China mastering PVDC plastic processing technology. In September, Jinming had become ExxonMobil's Global Strategic Partner.

9-layer co-extrusion high-end blown film line for packaging film and the China's first large-scale blown film line with an inline coating unit for agricultural film had been successfully developed.

5-layer co-extrusion water-quenching blown film line for medical infusion bags had passed the appraisal of the Guangdong Science and Technology Department. In September, Jinming & Basell Technological Seminar had been held with Basel.

Jinming had established cooperative relationship with POMEAS, the global-renown supplier in extrusion equipment.

7-layer co-extrusion high-barrier blown film line and 5-layer co-extrusion water-quenching blown film line had been successfully developed. A National Engineering Research Center for New Polymer Molding Equipment had been established between South China University of Technology and Jinming. Bid for major equipment and technological innovation projects in key areas of Guangdong Province (effective and high-performance multi-layer high barrier blown film line for packaging film) had been participated in.

3-layer co-extrusion blown film line for eco-friendly heat-shrinkable packaging film had passed the Provincial Technical Appraisal. The technological upgrading project on MB-series multi-layer co-extrusion blown film line for packaging film had been included in the 2003 Key Technological Upgrading Plan of Guangdong Province and the Orientation Plan of the National Key Technological Upgrading Project "Double High and One Optimization (High-tech Industrialization, High-tech technology and Optimization on key products and technology structure)".

5-layer co-extrusion blown film line had passed the Provincial Technical Appraisal.

Successfully developed 5-layer co-extrusion blown film line for making agricultural greenhouse film up to 24meter in film width. 3-layer blown film line had been included in the Key New Product Plan of Guangdong Province. 3-layer water-quenching blown film line had passed the Provincial Technical Appraisal.

Technical Cooperation Agreement had been signed with Reifenhauser GmbH, Germany. 20-meter-wide agricultural (and geomembrane) blown film production line had been put into service for the Three Gorges Project.
